- Two (2) designated hours for decorating is provided, after those two (2) hours you will be charged $50.00 per hour.
- Clean up starts at 11 pm for evening events.
- BRING YOUR OWN TRASH BAGS – you are responsible for taking your trash out to the designated trash bins.
- Security guards are required at all events.
- Security Deposit is fully refundable if no damages occurred and room is returned to pre-event condition and is refunded ten (10) business days after event occurs.
